CannaIntelligence.com collects the minimum data necessary to deliver our services:
- Email addresses — when you subscribe to our newsletter, join a report waitlist, or download a free sample
- Purchase information — when you buy a report, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email and purchase details but never see or store your credit card number
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content when you contact us
- Cookies — we use a single cookie to store your cookie consent preference. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies
What We Don’t Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties
- We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking
- We do not serve advertisements
- We do not build user profiles or track your browsing behavior across sites
Payment Processing
Report purchases are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order: your email address, the product purchased, and transaction confirmation.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or join a waitlist, you will receive emails from CannaIntelligence. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor all unsubscribe requests immediately.
Data Retention
Purchase records are retained for tax and legal compliance. Newsletter subscriptions and waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained for up to one year to ensure follow-up.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
